Privacy Policy

Effective 1 September 2026

This policy explains what Threasury collects when you visit threasury.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We run a simple informational website: we collect very little, and we don’t profile visitors.

Who we are and what this covers

threasury.com is operated by THREASURY MEDIA LLC, 1603 CAPITOL AVE STE 413-A 207, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. This policy covers the threasury.com website only. Our portfolio companies run their own websites and publish their own privacy policies.

Information you send us

The only personal information we collect directly is what you choose to send us. The contact form asks for your name, work email, an optional company or website, the topic of your inquiry and your message. Submitting the form sends that information through our server and email-delivery provider to hello@threasury.com.

If you email us directly, we receive whatever your message contains.

Technical and security logs

Like almost every website, our hosting and security providers keep short-lived server logs — things like IP address, browser type, the pages requested and timestamps. These logs exist to deliver the site, defend it against abuse and diagnose faults. We don’t use them to profile visitors.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • reply to your inquiry and route it to the right company or team;
  • operate, secure and improve the website;
  • meet legal obligations that apply to us.

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, our lawful grounds are your consent when you contact us, our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and compliance with legal obligations.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is enabled by default when you visit the site and may set analytics cookies.

When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate site usage. It may process page URLs, device and browser details, approximate location, interactions and IP-derived information. We disable Google signals and advertising-personalisation features, and we do not use Analytics for advertising or cross-site profiling.

You can disable or re-enable Analytics through Cookie settings in the footer. We store your choice in local storage so the site can remember it.

The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical signals needed for that security check; we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

A small number of providers process data on our behalf to run the site: infrastructure and content delivery (such as Cloudflare and Vercel), Cloudflare Turnstile for contact-form security, Google Analytics unless you disable it through Cookie settings, SendGrid for contact-form email delivery, and the productivity services we use to read and answer messages. They act under contracts that limit what they may do with the data.

When we share information

We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, when the law requires it (for example a valid legal request), to protect our rights or others’ safety, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger — in which case this policy would continue to apply to the transferred data.

International processing

We are a US company and process information in the United States; our providers may process it in other countries where they operate. Where the law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep information

We keep contact inquiries for 12 months from your last message and then delete them, unless we are in an active relationship with you or a legal obligation requires keeping them longer. Server and security logs are kept for the short periods our providers use by default.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the little data we hold: encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and reputable providers. No website can promise perfect security, so please don’t include sensitive information in a message unless we ask for it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Email hello@threasury.com and we will honour every request the law gives you, wherever you are.

Children

The site is aimed at businesses and isn’t directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has sent us some, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page and its effective date. Meaningful changes will be visible here before they take effect.
